Photos save automatically as RealSelfie_*.jpg.
On this browser, you can pick a folder and the app will write photos there silently. Otherwise files land in your Downloads folder.
Tap the 3-dots menu (bottom-right) → Gallery to see all your photos inside the app — always available.
After taking a photo, tap Share — your system menu can save directly to Photos / Gallery.
Tip: turn Auto-save ON to pick a RealSelfie folder once and save there forever.
